💳 Payment Policies

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order.
     
  • Remaining Balance: The balance must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
    • Accepted Payment Methods:
      • 📱 Zelle: (480) 735-9354 (Johnny’s Party Co.)
      • 💳 Credit Card: Subject to a 3% processing fee.
      • 💵 Cash: Please have the exact amount ready, as our drivers do not carry change.

Important: If the full payment is not ready at the time of delivery, the driver will not leave the rental items, and the customer will forfeit their deposit.


Third-Party Pickup Locations:

If the event is not at your residence, provide contact information for someone at the delivery/pickup location.

  • 🕗 Delivery Window:
    Deliveries occur between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM, at least one hour before your event starts.

  • 📲 Notifications:

    • 30 minutes before delivery, our crew will send a text to notify you.
    • Upon arrival, the crew will text again and knock if no reply is received.
  • ⏳ Wait Time:

    • Our team will wait up to 10 minutes for a response or access to the delivery location.
    • If delivery cannot be completed, the team will return once more for an additional $25 convenience fee. 
    • If delivery is still not possible after the second attempt and no contact is made, the customer will forfeit their deposit.

We aim to make contactless delivery convenient and stress-free for you! 🏡 Here’s what you need to know:

  • 📍 Clear Instructions Required: Provide specific directions on where items should be placed. The location must be clean, secure, and accessible.
  • 🏘️ Community Access: For gated communities, provide gate codes or notify security in advance.
  • 🚪 Backyard Access: Ensure no vehicles or obstacles block the path to the drop-off location.
  • 🐶 Pets: Secure pets indoors. We are not responsible for pets getting out or for delays caused by loose animals.

Satisfaction Guaranteed with Contactless Delivery:

  • Upon arrival, our delivery team will notify you via text.
  • They will send a photo of the items placed in your requested location to confirm everything has been delivered correctly. 📸
  • Once the delivery team leaves, they will send a final text to let you know the delivery is complete.

Q.🤝 Customer Responsibilities

  • 📦 Rented Equipment Responsibility:
    • Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer from the time of delivery or customer pick-up until it is returned.
  • Inspect Items:
    • Confirm all items are received and in good condition upon delivery.
    • Notify us immediately if any items are damaged.
  • Damage Waiver: (optional)
    • 9% of the total rental cost.
    • Can only be added before delivery.
    • Covers accidental damages but does not cover loss.
  • Setup & Teardown: (optional)
    • Add setup and teardown services when booking or contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Same-day requests will incur an addional $30 convenience fee.
  • Item Care & Return:
    • Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
    • Wipe down items before pickup. A cleaning fee starting at $50 will apply for excessively dirty items.
Q.📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

  • Cancellations:
    • Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.
    • Cancellations made one week in advance are eligible for a rain check.

       
  • Rescheduling:
    • Contact us via phone or email to reschedule. Ensure you receive an email confirmation to finalize the request.

    • 🕗 Standard Pickup:

      • Pickup occurs between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

      • If Setup & Teardown Was Not Paid For:
        • Items should be returned in the same way they were delivered (e.g., stacked and ready for pickup).
        • If items are still set up when the pickup team arrives, they will wait up to 10 minutes for the customer to pack the items.
        • If it takes longer than 10 minutes, the team will leave and return later. A $25 fee will apply for the second trip.
    • 🌙 Late Pickup Requests:

      • Same-day pickup after 9 PM: $90 convenience fee.
      • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a late pickup.
    • ⏰ Specific Time Pickup or Delivery:

      • If the customer needs a delivery or pickup at a specific time, they must notify us in advance.
      • A $45 convenience fee will apply for guaranteed timing.
    • 🔒 Missed Pickup:

      • If our crew cannot pick up items due to locked gates or other obstacles, an additional $25 fee will apply for a second trip.

  • Advance Notice:

    • If we are not notified of accessibility challenges ahead of time, our team may not be able to deliver your order as planned.
