Never Late Policy
Your celebration is a one-time event — we take that seriously. We ask for your party's start time so we can arrive hours early, sometimes even the evening before. Your rentals are always set up and ready before your first guest arrives.
Need delivery at a specific time? (Venues, quinceañeras, corporate events.) We offer scheduled delivery for $65 — your slot is locked in and our team will be there when the doors open.
Worry-Free Promise
Every table, chair, linen, and rental item arrives clean — inspected before it leaves our hands. We handle delivery and pickup so you never have to lift a finger. From booking to the last item picked up, that's our job, not yours.
Our team can handle setup and teardown too. Just let us know when you book — we'll do the heavy lifting so you can focus on your guests.
100% Stress-Free Booking
Life happens — we get it. We never want you to feel like you've lost your money. Need to reschedule? Your deposit becomes a rain check, valid for 12 months toward any future event.
Need to cancel entirely? Just let us know at least 7 days before your event for a full refund. A 50% deposit holds your date — that's it.

Born from a bad experience — built to fix it
The plan
We were throwing a surprise party for our younger son. Tables, chairs, bounce house — booked. Invitations sent. Food prepped. We woke up early and everything was going perfectly.
The nightmare
Then the rental company didn't show. We called them — no answer. We called other vendors — no one available last minute. The ones who picked up wanted to charge double for same-day.
The Costco run
Our last option? Drive to Costco and buy tables and chairs ourselves. That's what we did. When the vendor finally showed up — late, with filthy equipment and a bounce house that wasn't even secured properly — we had already solved the problem ourselves.
