💳 Payment Policies

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Remaining Balance: Must be paid in full at the time of pickup.

Accepted Payment Methods:

💳 Credit Card: 3% processing fee applies.
💵 Cash: Please bring the exact amount; change may not be available.

Important:

  • If payment isn’t ready at pickup, items will not be released, and your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Same-day cancellations and failure to show up also result in forfeiting your deposit.
  • Rain Check Policy: Let us know at least 7 days in advance if plans change, and we’ll issue a rain check allowing you to reschedule within 1 year. If the rescheduled order total exceeds the original amount, you will need to pay the difference to secure the new order.

  • Day Before Event: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Event Day: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  1. Customer Pickup: Bring a valid photo ID at the time of pickup.
  2. If Someone Else Is Picking Up:
    • Ensure they bring their ID for verification.
    • Send a copy of your ID to 📱 (480) 735-9354 ahead of time.
    • Forward the pickup email with all details to the person collecting the items.
Q.🚗 Vehicle Size & Transport

  • Adequate Vehicle Size: Ensure your vehicle can accommodate all items. If items don’t fit:

    • Two Trips: We’ll do our best to accommodate additional trips.
    • Delivery Option: Same-day delivery is available for a $25 fee plus $2.50 per mile (includes delivery and pickup).

  • Transport Safety:

    • Use straps, tarps, and blankets to protect items.
    • Supplies Available for Purchase:
      • Straps: $5.50 each
      • Tarps: $15.00 each
      • Blankets: $7.00 each
Q.📝 Inspection & Responsibility

  • Pre-Pickup Inspection: Our team will inspect all items before your arrival.
  • Customer Responsibility: Inspect all items at pickup to ensure they meet your expectations. Once items leave our warehouse, you are responsible for their care until they are returned.

    • Our team can assist with loading but cannot tie down or secure items due to liability reasons.

  • Clean & Organized: Return all items clean and organized.
  • Cleaning Fee: A $50 minimum cleaning fee applies for items returned dirty.

  • 🚫 No Standing or Tilting: Do not stand on or tilt rented items.

⚖️ Indemnification of Liability

In the event of any accident or incident causing property damage or bodily harm, the customer agrees to:

  • Take full responsibility and indemnify and hold Johnny's Party Co. harmless from any claims, actions, or legal proceedings.
  • Johnny's Party Co. shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the customer’s property in any way connected to the use or defect of our rental equipment.
