Q.What areas do you service?
A.We service Glendale, Phoenix, Peoria, AZ, and surrounding areas.
Q.What types of tables do you have for rent?
A.We offer 6ft banquet tables, 60" round tables, and cocktail tables..
Q.Are the tables and chairs set up for me?
A.We offer professional setup for an additional fee. Contacts us for additional information.
Q.When do you deliver?
A.That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to deliver a few days in advance.
Q.Are the chairs and tables clean?
A.Yes, all our equipment is cleaned and inspected before each rental.
Q.Do I need to clean the items before returning them?
A.Please ensure that tables, chairs, and bounce houses are free of debris and stains before return.
Q.Can I pick up the rental items myself?
A.Yes, pick-up options are available for certain items. Contact us for details.
Q.How many people can each table seat?
A.A 6ft banquet table seats about 6-8 people, a 60" round table seats about 8-10 people, and cocktail tables are typically used for standing.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash, Zelle or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. Full balance is due at time of delivery.
Q.Do the canopies come with sides?
A.No, the canopies do not include walls, but they can be added for an extra fee.
Q.Do you provide setup for the canopies?
A.Yes, we provide setup and securing with sandbags or stakes.
Q.Is the bounce house suitable for all ages?
A.The bounce house is suitable for children but not recommended for adults or very large groups.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders require a 50% Credit Card deposit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 10 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
Q.What happens if the rental items get damaged during my event?
A.We understand accidents happen. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs. Depending on the extent of the damage, repair or replacement fees may apply. Review our rental agreement for more information.
Q.How long is the rental period ?
A.Our standard rental period is 8 hours, but we offer flexible rental durations to accommodate your event needs.
Q.Do you have a cleaning fee for the rentals?
A.There is no standard cleaning fee, but excessive cleaning or damage may incur charges.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Can I extend my rental period?
A.Yes, extensions are possible based on availability and additional charges. Please contact us for additional information.
Q.What should I do if I need to make changes to my reservation?
A.Contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes to your reservation

Rental Agreement

  • I acknowledge that I have received the items listed in good working condition.
  • I agree that I am at least 18 years of age and ultimately responsible for all the rental items listed in this agreement until picked up by lessor.
  • I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowners/renters/liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage which may occur to myself, my guests, or any other person as a result of this rental.
  • I agree to cover all costs for rental equipment that is stolen, lost and/or damaged. I am required to repair/replace the equipment rented and subsequently will remain the property of Johnny's Party Co, LLC.
  • I consent and understand that Johnny's Party Co, LLC and any employees may enter my property at any time after the agreed rental period and without notice to retrieve any leased items.
  • I voluntarily release Johnny's, LLC; including its agents, employees, officers, directors, partners, and affiliates from any/all liability and agree to reimburse any attorney fees and costs which may be incurred by such claims.
